AudioBoo: Radio reflections at the compost bin boo

It's been an unusual week, and these are my jumbled-up thoughts from the compost bin - radio (or rather audio content creation) is in a very strange place at the moment, and I'm trying to get my head around it. Five minutes certainly isn't long enough to do that, but this is my first go!

James,

1. Thank you for doing these AudioBoos. I've never really got in to them before, but you've shown me how interesting a brief audio segment could be - but only when backed by intelligence and articulate thought, obv.

2. I too heard the unfortunate 'drop-in' on the internet radio station. I wrote that off at the time, didn't dismiss it, just put it down to a significant mistake. But on Tuesday evening I heard some of the content I produce for the same internet radio station get replaced by 20 minutes of uncommented urban music, before returning to the scheduled music. I now wonder if there's some kind of a QA issue at said radio station?

3. I appreciated hearing your views on the podcasts that you have chosen to listen to - and your musing on the possibility of syndicating them. That's where my thinking has led me, but I too am frustrated by the lack of time, although I did get as far as registering a domain name: http://theradiopodcast.com/

4. You're obviously an articulate thinker. I would love to enter in to a dialogue on these, and any other subjects you could give your brainspace over to. I appreciate you're a busy guy who handles work, family, leisure interests and a significant commute, but if you wanted to throw me an email every now and then, I would appreciate it.
